Display Cabinet

Extremely disappointed that it arrived flat packed and not ready assembled as described in the key features! Although Wayfair offered a 20% discount I had to send it back. The pre assembled description was one of the main reasons why I had chosen it. Also had problems with not receiving information on a confirmation of delivery date which I had to chase up and get a new date fixed. I then had problems with getting it picked up as despite a 2 hour estimated delivery time it was another 2 and a half hours later beyond the estimate. I felt very sorry for the delivery men who had been working 13 hours in extreme heat before reaching me. Someone in logistics must have known that my slot was unrealistic given that I was the last of 26 destinations spanning many miles. Quite disappointed also that I never got to see my cabinet only a couple of very heavy boxes!
