36 Bottle Solid Wood Floor Wine Storage Rack In Brown

I really wanted to love this and overall it’s nice but not perfect. It took over an hour to put together as there are 24 total separate pieces and each layer takes 12 bolts (72 total!). The hex wrench that was included rounded off before I was half way finished—luckily I had a spare from another project. The metal sides don’t all line up perfectly but it’s really only noticeable up close. I wish the sides were a solid piece, but I get that it’s made to be customizable as far as how many levels you want to use. I’ll probably replace it with something a little nicer in the future.

The wine rack I received is exactly what we wanted and fits perfect in the dmall closet we wanted it for . The rack is good quality and I received all of the parts. I am very happy with the wine rack . I am not happy with the delivery experience . I received it 2 days later than the original scheduled date. Customer service in the chat feature provided no information and suggested I wait 3 days and check back. Very poor service.
