I phoned to arrange delivery on a Friday when my father would be home. We live remotely so had asked for a call to give directions. My father was upset as he missed a call on Tuesday on first attempted delivery when he was out. I phoned and said how we had requested a Friday delivery and got an apology with assurances it would now be on that day. I got home on Wednesday to find the delivery had been made!! My father signed and said how it was lucky he had just got in, and he wasn't expecting it!! One of the packs was damaged with a fixings pack poking out but he hadn't noticed. One shelf was damaged but we put it at the bottom. Otherwise we are happy with the bookcases.
