Be careful when ordering As this bed does not come with anything to support the mattress (unlike the image shown) support chat was no help and had no idea how to fix the problem only to call sales team. Bed inserts are not suggested or even for sale on the website. So I now currently have a bed build with no slats or inserts to support the Mattress! Beware!
