ordered the item on 21st of May and arrived damaged and with wrong seats in both colour and material (which was then quickly altered on the website!). Spent an eternity trying to firstly get replacement/correct parts, which got delayed and then told that they didnt have any. Multiple emails and text messages all from various customer service members, who would not know the situation and would proceed to going back to the start of the proceedings! Have eventually got my money back after constantly having to pester them. Absolutely terrible customer service.
