I think you should change your delivery company ,told me twice they were delivering my chair but nothing now they tell me it’s been delivered????? Nothing but nothing Bryan

The chairs themselves are wonderful, however both chairs came with broken foot pieces despite the chair packaging being in good condition. They were broken before even taking them out of the boxes. Wayfair has always had great customer service, as we buy a lot from them, so I am confident they will resolve this issue.

This is chair great. I had actually gone through 3 other chairs that either didn't work or was not very comfortable. This Wayfair chair is exactly what I wanted. It also was delivered quickly and assembled for me. I highly recommend this chair.

This chair is very comfortable. I had it a little over two months and the chair stopped reclining all the way back like it did in the beginning. I called Wayfair and they are contacting the manufacturer. I will update when I get the situation resolved.
