Nice piece but too many pieces to put together

Not a great item at all and quite disappointed really. First time I've used Wayfair and granted the product wasn't a fortune but after receiving and building it isn't even worth the £130 Wayfair sell it for. The unit is described as veneer it isn't it's a laminate which isn't a veneer and some parts they have not even bothered to laminate they have simply been painted in a nasty pink colour. The only parts that are wood are 4 tiny knobs and 4 small legs. Some pre drilled holes do not line up which means either re drilling or parts not aligning correctly. Lots of uneven gaps and unit is only to hold a small modern record player, a speaker and a total of around 10-15 records, despite these being spread around the unit it's is bowing under the weight which must even come to about 4-5kg. Doubt I'll use Wayfair again even for the more expensive items I needs simply because descriptions can be interpreted differently and I'd sooner not spend £130 on a £50 tops unit. I'm only giving one star because I have to and it is a unit so that bit is right. In hind sight even the item in the pictures shows faults.

Its a great small sideboard. The only thing I don't like is the cheap handles, but they are easily replaced. Construction was easy enough, some fiddly bits but nothing you can't handle.

Nice looking sideboard, fairly straightforward to put together however, there was a hole missing that required drilling and one of the drawer sides had split and needed gluing. Also some small chips at a number of corners that could have been avoided by better packaging. Wayfair did refund a percentage of price to make amends.
