The leg is broken what I can do

We had it less than 3 months and it already broke. The beam supporting the main seat completely halfed in the middle. We are average weight adults (65kg and 75kg) and weve only ever used this sofa as one or two people at a time (the latter happened very rarely). Yesterday we were sat on it, he was on his phone, I was reading a book. We were completely static and calm, not doing anything that could cause it harm. My partner stood up to make himself a tea and at that moment we heard the crack and felt the drop. Weve had this sofa since May 22nd. Weve never done anything silly on it, dont have kids, nobody ever jumped on it, we didnt wrestle (if you know what I mean). This is supposed to be a 3 seater but its useless for anything above 50kg. We never even sat on it as 3 people! Its also very uncomfortable, but I wasnt going to write a review about that until this happened - last straw! Anyway, waiting to hear back from Wayfair, I hope theyll accept the return.

It’s a very beautiful sofa bed, but unfortunately not so sturdy! Luckily Wayfair are great and understanding!

Nice item but bigger than advertised which meant it didn't fit in the space it was for

This arrived in good time. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks, the right arm started sinking, and the padding was faulty. Customer service was exceptional. A new sofa was delivered within 3 days. The new sofa is perfect. Could only be for occasional seating or sleeping. Its not the most comfortable sofa. Adequate for our needs. Looks very stylish.
