Hurt Metal Base Writing Desk

The design of this desk is very neat and was exactly the size I needed and generally happy with it. However, the quality of the main desk panels is not very high and this was made worse by damage in transit. Wayfair kindly replaced the original damaged unit only for the second to arrive with even more damage. I've sent a communication to suggest secondary packaging as other than the transit damage (melamine corners of the desk top compacted) the quality for the price was more or less acceptable.
