Worst sofa, from the worst company ever to trade. They couldnt even be bothered to deliver. Then, when they finally deliver, the assembly team never showed up. DONT ORDER ANYTHING from this company unless you want disgusting customer service and staff that lie. They even had the cheek to ask for another chance, just unbelievable. I was going to order from John Lewis but thought no, Ill give Wayfair a chance my girlfriend also liked the sofa we saw on the website, so I thought, okay, Ill try. Well what a mistake to make. I dont usually write reviews as I assume the company deletes the bad ones so youre simply wasting your time but I thought its my civic duty to warn everyone just don't buy from Wayfair. As they are Way lame...
