delivered with missing parts and not well made but when i finally figured it out, i was able to set it up and its growing on me.

Dear Wayfair, I am writing to you to complain about my recent order #2315656024 31st Jan 2019. I requested this to be delivered on Thurs 7th Feb, I booked a day off work and waited in for the parcel. I called the delivery company multiple times and has no response the parcel failed to turn up. The next day I called and they had no real reason for failing to deliver my product, now a week later i am still waiting for my delivery. The parcel that i ordered happened to be a bed and mattress as i have recently moved in to my new home, being heavily pregnant it has been a a huge inconvenience for me having to sleep on a air bed for the past two weeks and has been severely uncomfortable whilst waiting for my delivery. I have ordered from this company many times before and have spent a lot of money with them and i can assure you that i wont be using them again. I wanted to express my huge disappointment in your choice of delivery services and that i am very unhappy with the service i have received.
