Herblain Solid Wood Bed

Arrived without central supporting legs. How they managed to pack the product well with missing elements I don't know. Contacted Wayfair the next day and was told they would be sent and arrive a week later. When they didn't turn up, I contacted Wayfair again and was told they weren't "confirmed". So, they told me they'd be sent a week later and I'd get them in 10 days. Enough was enough, so I returned the bed as defective. Wayfair said I'd be contacted in 48 hours for return. No contact. So I was told to be patient and they'd contact me in another 48 hours. Finally they did and the refund arrived.

Bed delivered as stated on email after purchase on time with good communication regarding the process and time of delivery. impressive. delivery still in package. waiting for the bed to be assembled by a professional.
