The base covering on both chairs had pulled out of the staples. I had to restaple the fabric which wasn't easy as there was very little to work with. One of the legs was set incorrectly on the fixing plate meaning that it was at a different angle when fitted than the other leg. The fabric was a lot lighter than it appeared in the website.
