The chair is comfortable, but for the price is the quality is not great. In particular, the arm rests are very flimsy - especially as the chair is marketed for people up to 500lbs. One of my arm rests has broken after less than 6 months!

I love this chair but it arrived damaged with a tear in the back where it connects and to send it back the packing was not easy I had to spend 40 dollars to ship it back
