6 - Person Dining Set

This table is beautiful and easy to build, the only downside is their inaccurate and horrible delivery company, the delivery day was expected to be the 28th of July and came on the 26Th, would not be a problem if wasn’t my absence for that day at work just to receive this parcel, especially because I live 135 minutes from my new home. Was a really bad experience. I received an email late night on the 25th with a updated on my delivery day for the 26Th instead of the 28th, I could not talk with the delivery company Panther Group, until late evening of the 26July and after receiving my table 1157am Also the driver called and i explained I was driving on the motor way heading to Paisley and I kindly asked if they could eat as I was in my way, he said I had 15 minutes to arrive otherwise they would not be there. Don’t even know what to say about this, but made me feel like I was nothing.

Table is nice but just not happy with the after sale service. There is an issue with one side of the table leg where the screws are slipping when trying to tighten them up to the right place. It basically does not hold the leg in the right place and looks bad. I contacted the customer service in writing and got a reply to unscrew the legs and tight them again which I did but the issue is not with the alignment but the table top does not want to hold the screw in place.

Gorgeous table and looks just as good as the photos. The herringbone pattern is beautiful and the colour of the wood is rich... The brass legs are a great touch. Really brings a regal feel to my living room!

The benches are very wobbly as the legs are not the same length in different places

Fantastic dining set for the price. A slight reduction as there was some minor damage to a corner of the table. I was able to fix it myself though.
