The fit and finish was not up to my expectations. The seat/cushion did not fit flush to the bottom of the chair. It protruded too far out. In addition, the fabric on the seat cushion was a different color than the rest of the chair. In the pictures, the chair, appears to have a back support. It does not. It's just a large pillow. You cannot sit upright comfortably. If you want to use it lying down, then it would be ok.

So beautiful! The beige fabric has a sheen too it and it’s so pretty!

Amazingly comfy and good quality.

The fabric stitching is loose on the top of the ottoman and I had to scrub a black stain off the back pillow. I didn’t see it until I already unboxed and assembled. I will be looking to return.

This is my new favorite chair. It is cute and comfortable. It is firm and wide and it swivels too. Whenever Im experiencing back pain this is my go to for relief. Everytime I sit in it I fall straight to sleep. Delivery was fast, two boxes, and set up only took about 20 minutes because I had a confusing time getting the velvet cover on the chair back. I lo e the black velvet color and it feels good on my skin. I cant keep my daughter out of it when she comes to visit.
