It is functional for the entry way for shoe storage where a curved wall is and a place to sit to put your shoes on. The cushion around the top edge is a bit flimsy.

The color is beautiful however online it does look darker. I bought it in gray to go with a different chair in which it seemed like a great match. Again it is a lot lighter then it seems on line. It is beautiful job the less and comfortable.
