I’m waiting for a replacement as the wardrobe was very poorly packaged & was damaged. The actual packaging was much too flimsy & was absolutely filthy. It’s a very long wait for a replacement but I’m not actually expecting any improvement. I can’t understand how this item can possibly survive transporting without damage unless packaging is improved greatly.

This is a fabulous wardrobe / storage unit. It matches the rest of my office furniture and holds loads of stuff. Although the recommendation for two people to put it together was worrying, I managed to do it singlehanded. Not bad for a petite lady!

Overall a very disappointing experience and not what you would have expected for the price paid. Firstly, the item took months to arrive. The packaging to protect the item was minimal, meaning that the very basic quality parts that already had imperfections also had some additional minor damage. No assembly instructions were provided, causing a hunt of the manufacturer's website to trawel around to find some very basic details. Worse of all, was the very poor quality of the item during and after assembly. From my last 2 orders, placed around the same time, the items being sold do not appear to have any real quality control in the manufacturing or packaging.
