It is more or less what I expected for the price. It was easy to assemble and took me about one hour in total. However, I did take a coffee break in the middle of assembly. The chair itself is comfortable. However, both the riser/lower pedal and recliner pedal don't seem to work efficiently. I have managed to get the chair at the correct height for me but cannot get the pedal to lower the chair again. The recliner pedal does not work at all. However, it was already set at the upright position and, as this is the only position I want, this isn't a problem for me. The massage function is not very strong even on the high setting and is very noisy. so it is no good for relaxing! Overall, the chair meets my needs, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient massage chair.
