Pont 2 Door Solid Wood Wardrobe

This wardrobe is impressive in a master bedroom and looks better than in the picture. It is solid mahogany of the highest quality and standard, and quite sturdy, too. The major issue has been the pre-sale service where I had specifically asked about its delivery for narrow stairs. I was told that it will be delivered as a small courier pack for self-assembly. It was delivered semi-assembled in two pieces (bottom and top) and the top part has been so problematic that I had to have it cut through the back side plus the edges, then have the marks waxed. Potential customers need to be aware that 'free delivery' means door delivery with one man so that one cannot notice whether the piece of furniture won't go through internal stairs. I spent £150 for the required changes and £70 on having two walls re-painted following failed attempts to have the bottom part upstairs. It would have been honest to be told of the exact specifications for delivery. I gave a 5 star for the quality of the product by the manufacturer but the pre-sale service and delivery was really bad.
