The item was ordered by telephone on 27/06/2015. I specifically stated during my telephone order that I was out of the country from 5th to 9th July 2015 inclusive, thus I would not be able to take delivery of the item during this period. On returning home on 10th July 2015, I found that a message was left on my answerphone stating that PDQ would deliver the item on 8th July 2015. I telephoned PDQ, who stated that I would have to wait for delivery until the delivery van was in the area again - some 10-15 working days later. I telephoned Wayfair on 10th July 2015 to request prompt delivery - they could not confirm delivery date as they relied on PDQ for all deliveries. This service is shambolic. Wayfair were quick enough to take my money, but cannot guarantee a delivery date for the item ordered. I will let you know if and when the item is ever delivered and whether it was worth all of the bad service.
