Once the item arrived it was perfectly fine. The problem I had was that from the day of ordering, I was told eight different delivery dates. I had to take time off work for one of the dates that I was given a three hour delivery window for only for it to be cancelled again.

This Concetta Armchair was a great purchase, I’m very happy with the choice. It’s both very comfortable and stylish, which suits my living room perfectly. The soft faux suede fabric feels great too. I would highly recommend.
