The item was damaged, but resolving issues was effective and quick. The 3rd replaced item came that what I expected, it's took a time, but I am satisfied.

Loved the product not the waiting around after being told the delivery was on the Friday and didn't get it to the Monday. I have a dog I take out twice a day and also a new baby grandson,so felt worried about making any arrangements over the weekend in case it turned up.
