Armchair Review ⭐☆☆☆☆ (15) Unfortunately, my experience with this armchair was just as disappointing as my experience with the matching sofa. The armchair delivery failed multiple times. I took time away from work on several occasions and stayed at home waiting for deliveries that either did not happen or were cancelled at short notice. At one stage I was informed that the armchair had been lost in transit. Despite being told it was lost, the armchair was eventually delivered. When I opened the item, I found several issues • The colour did not appear to match the silver colour that was ordered. • The chair did not match the sofa. • No assembly instructions were included. • The chair could not be assembled properly due to issues with the leg fixing points. The item was ultimately refunded. The most frustrating aspect was the communication. Different departments provided different information throughout the process. I was repeatedly required to explain the same issues and received conflicting updates. I was even advised in writing that I could donate or dispose of the armchair after the refund was processed, only to later receive collection requests for the same armchair. I also experienced repeated delivery failures, incorrect information, time away from work, and ongoing inconvenience over several months. I was advised that my overall experience would be reviewed for goodwill compensation, but I never received a clear outcome regarding that review. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

Good chair and only gave a 4-star because of some missing screws.
