Adjustment Function - The backrest can be reclined and locked at 110°, 116°, and 126°, the seat can be raised 10cm, the lumbar support can be raised 5cm and forward 4cm, the headrest can be raised 9cm and rotated 45°, the armrest can go up 7cm.
Footrest - Stretchable footrest for easy resting and storage

Great chair for the price and easy to put together. It has adjustments for lumbar support, headrest, arms, height, etc., though like another reviewer said, its more suited for someone taller, not 51. Still comfortable though and glad i got this. I do wish the arm rests could rotate up to slide all the way under the desk.
