Polyester Blend Executive Chair with Headrest

Firstly the plastic section on the back of the chair was split upon delivery. Wayfair sent a replacement without question. Sadly when the chair was put together it became clear it doesn’t come with all the features it details. It DOES NOT have ‘seat angle adjustable’ or ‘knee tilt’. The features I wanted therefore spent a little bit more than I was planning to. They have said they’ll update the description to be accurate. I have requested a return and full refund and their customer service was very good so I can’t complain about that!

Great chair, very comfortable and the canvas from the back is more durable than it looks in the photo. Assembly took about 30 mins.

Looks great and comfortable once assembled. It is was a bit of a job to assemble though!

The product arrived damaged. No marks on outside of the box - Clearly happened before packing. As other reviewers have pointed out terrible quality control, which is a shame as the product, albeit damaged is not bad for the price. Must do better.

Terrible quality and damaged item! Feels very cheap and not sturdy, poor finish on the plastic.
