Seat and back padding is a little bit hard , but otherwise very adjustable which as I spend a lot of time at desk was important.

Considerably better than I expected given the fact that it looked like a pretty standard chair. The quality is impeccable and it is highly adjustable. The only issue have is the lowest setting is still considerably higher than anything else I have used before, meaning I need to use it with a foot rest. Otherwise it's perfect
