Decent value for money. Quite a big chair compared with what's on the market which is great. It was quite annoying trying to put it together because the screws and the holes are quite cheaply made.

Very comfy chair. Can sit for hours & no issue to back. Highly recommend

Lovely looking chair and very comfortable. It is made very robust. My Father put the chair together and only had difficulty when tightening the screws when fitting the arms to the chair. Overall, I would highly recommend this chair. Thanks!!

Unbelievably difficult to assemble. I've put together a lot of furniture, so I'm pretty competent at this point. If you'd told me before I started that a simple office chair would end up being the single most frustrating item of furniture I'd ever put together, I wouldn't have belived you - but it was! Having said that, now that's it done, it does look exactly like the photo, is comfortable, and functions well.

This is a very nice piece of office furniture. Particularly impressed with the screwed on scuff-caps on the five legs of the base. I substituted an 11 inch gas lift piston to this chair, instead of the 7 inch regular one (bought off that famous online shop who shares a name with a South American river), because they usually fail after 2 or 3 years (or even quicker with excessive use), so this way, you can still sit comfortably on the seat, even if the gas runs out, because it's high enough at its lowest position to still be comfortable (as opposed to sitting extremely low with the standard piston). Paradoxically, the gas won't run out anyway, with an 11 inch piston, not just because there's a bigger cartridge, but you never even have to elevate the chair for a normal seating position, unless you feel like sitting 4 foot in the air with your legs dangling and two feet of air between them and the floor. Finally, I would also recommend anyone buying this chair or ones similar, treat the PU leather with "Colourlock PU Protector", and this will prevent it from cracking and fading over time. Overall I'd give it 9 out of ten, because it's extremely comfortable; it just requires a few additions to make it practical and durable.
