Office Chair with Headrest

I think I need to explain the reason for 3 Stars that actually are and average of 5 and 1. Basically: As product as such the chair deserve a full 5 Star! As far as delivery is concerned probably it is 1 Star or even 0! I received the chair few days after the order (good!). Unfortunately the cylinder sustaining the chair was broken and the chair was unsuable. I reported the fact also with picture and WayFair immediately replaced the item sending me a seconf chair that arrived few days later (good!). They told me to dispose the other one that was unusable and I took it to the local recycling centre. Trouble is that even the second chair was not perfect. As you can see in the picture, the plastic frame on the back of the chair was damaged. It was broken when I unpack it from the box. Needing the chair immediately and considering the damage was not impacting the safety and functionality of the chair I decided not to report it and to keep it. I have got the idea (but this is just my personal opinion) that maybe both chairs belonged to a particular batch that possibly has been damaged during the transportation from China to UK...

Package received was not a new chair. There was a clear indication that the item was a return item from previous costumer. Logging a refund is not straight forward.

Good size chair with adequate support Would like it to go higher than it does and could be a bit more sturdy

This chair is perfect! As a slightly heavier person and having to sit in a chair for up to 8 or 9 hours during this lockdown, I was concerned I might struggle to find something suitable but this chair has ticked all the boxes! It supports my back and is very comfortable whilst doing everything it should with space to spare on the seat. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

Quite wide, so suitable for people who like a wider chair. Downside of this is that it wont fit under my desk, my I wont hold that against it.
