very comfy, good support, good for working from home

Comfy, easy to assemble, strong.

In one word... Comfy. Ive been having issues with my nerves since my op, so I had to get a DSE appropriate chair. This chair is so comfy that I can sit with no problems. The seat has a nice cushion feel and the back support, fits perfectly to your body frame. You can adjust the seat up and down and also the back and the wheels move freely. I set this up under 1 hour all by myself. So far, its worth the price tag.

Poor design and poor quality. All seemed well for the first couple of days then it became apparent that the elastic band meant to support the back is not fixed in place and moves. I was able to open the cover and move it back but then the zips on the cover broke so it is difficult to access and the cover has less tension.
