Having gone through all of the ergonomic seating products, I opted for this one due as I thought this seat offered the best all round value for just over the £200 mark. What I like about it, is the high back, which apart from obviously giving you a higher level of upper body comfort, I feel it just looks better than a mid range height one. The coat hanger, also gives it an extra bit of style and defines it from other ones on the market. The all round look and quality is pretty good, it's relatively slimline and not bulky like some of these chairs can do. The leather is a nice car seat quality and most importantly it a comfortable sit (I work from home at a desk so spend a reasonable amount of time seated). The only thing to be made aware of (but I'm sure this applies to all the other self assembly chairs), is that this will take you a good hour to put together and although you can do it yourself, it can be a bit fiddly in terms of the screws but with a bit of patience, you will get there in the end.)
