Executive Chair with Headrest

I bought it to replace another chair that broke. This one is much more comfortable and is real leather according to the listing when I purchased it, even if I couldn’t tell at first. (Please include something to reassure that it is real in the packaging.) The chair also has Ben good for my back

There are positives about this chair, it is nice looking, and the padding makes it feel luxurious. However, perhaps in the effort to make it ergonomic, the chair feels like it doesn't want you to sit in it... the seat pan depth is only 48.5 cm, my old chair which had its faults and was a lot cheaper but still managed a seat pan depth of 56 cm - furthermore the lumbar support protrudes quite far into the back of the pan further eroding the length of an already short seat pan, producing a feeling like you could slide off the chair if you so dare as to move your position to suddenly. There are also no options to adjust the back or slide the seat pan, which makes it very difficult to sit in any position other than the one the chair is designed to make you sit in... I don't want that for £250, I want a chair that accommodates how I want to sit! I gave it a day to see if I was just being picky but no it definitely warranted the return back to Wayfair...

It's very well made, certainly not cheap looking, fits it's purpose with elegance and being comfortable in all the areas that are needed for those lengthy spells in front of the computer.

Lovely leather, sturdy feel, wheels work smoothly, easy to assemble. I knew from a previous review that back is not adjustable. Not a problem for me but would be a nice feature.

Really easy to assemble and it’s very comfortable. Great support for neck and back. Would definitely recommend.
