PU Leather Executive Chair with Headrest

Seems good to us but have not been sitting in it much yet

Low build quality, very cheap plastic. The lumbar support is very cheaply made, has 2 straight edged sections that stick forward through the mesh of the backrest, have to place a cushion between my back and the chair in order to be able to work without being in pain, defeats the purpose of the lumbar support altogether. Chair arrived early but found numbers written on the chair in chalk and damage to one of the lever handles (see photos) - not what you expect when opening up a supposedly brand new item. You get what you pay for. Can't return due to the lockdown related delays, need to keep working from home. I recommend spend a little extra and get a chair worth having.

No head rest arrived with chair. Chair is comfortable and easy to assemble.

Overall a good product and as described in description.
