Cons - Firstly, this product can be bought £40 cheaper through office furniture websites. I realised this too late. Secondly, the head rest and arm rests, although give basic support, are very flimsy, meaning they wobble a fair amount. Thirdly, I'm 6 feet tall, and the head rest comes up to the base of my neck when I'm sat up straight (which is the whole point of good posture) and when the head rest is fully extended. Good for someone 5ft 6/8 inches tops. Fourthly - the lumbar support is neither here or there. It moves a little bit isn't really noticeable.
Pros - the base seat is comfortable and legs are substantial and firm. The arms rests (with wobble) are comfortable and the adjustments are quite good. The back mesh is good and generally supportive and can sit in it for the full 8 hours that I need it for.
Verdict - basically ok, but really falls short of the price bracket it is offered at (£219). I should have sent it back really and got either the same chair for less (have seen it for £175 under a different name - so shop around) - but during Covid I needed an urgent solution. Although there is wobble in the arms I can still use it as there's good cushioning on the arms, seat and back. Could've been a great chair had the basics been resolved.
