Very poor chair and waste of money. I called customer service to complain but they were just as useless as the chair.

This chair is great but what really impressed us was the great after sales service from Wayfair. When the chair was assembled one arm was really stiff and would not fold down. Completed an easy online form and a replacement arrived within days. I believe the most useful reviews are those from people who’ve had a problem with the product!

Really comfy - supportive and stylish chair. Easy to put together and I love the fold back arms for close desk work storage.

The back isn’t very supportive - not really that comfy because of that.
