Executive Chair with Headrest

It's good except for the wheels, which slot into the base, but not securely. I have leant back a couple of times and nearly ended up on my rear-end as the wheels have popped out. I'll try securing them with glue, but apart from the wheels it's a good chair with great lumbar support.
