Everything was fine but sofa has a rip in the arm rest wasn't noticeable at time of delivery

It's good. The upholstery quality is good. Got the wrong tosspillow. But I have requested to change it. Let's see if they do.

I was a bit concerned ordering this as obviously we hadnt viewed it only seen it on line I am pleased with the colour and quality Was delivered when it said it was going to be. My only upset is they dont do a footstool to match

Delivery was two days early, which had its pluses and minuses, but it worked out ok. On unwrapping the sofa we discovered that there was a rip in the material underneath, it doesn’t effect the sofa, but just not what you want. Currently in talks with customer services. The feet aren’t pre drilled, so you’ll need a strong hand to attach them. The sofa is firm, but I’m getting used to it. Not so tempted to fall asleep! Overall I’m pleased with it.
