Was very comfortable, the colour was beige, control is easy to use.

Sadly, this chair was installed by your White Glove Service and 2 delightful young me, but on Sunday morning we noticed a very bad flaw in the upholstery just below the main seat upholstery where it joins the footrest there seems to be a quantity of foam missing??

This chair is as good as much dearer ones that I tried in specialist shops.while a 15cm wall distance won’t give a full recline,It’s plenty for my needs.Pull it out a bit further for full recline.Im very particular about things I buy, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it . Comfortable,fully adjustable, nice size.Im 5feet 9inches and 12 stones. Plenty room in it for me.Well pleased!!

Delivered on time in two boxes. Easy to put together (although the base is very heavy) and looks very smart. Very comfortable with responsive controls. My 90 yr old mum is very happy with it. It may take time for her to get use to the control buttons so I've stuck stickers on the handset!
