Centralia Sofa

I paid £839 for this sofa and the by the time is had been delivered it is £60 cheaper. For your discretion price differences are not granted nor permitted. The sofa arrived 3 weeks early and unscheduled by BJS. I was only informed the day before that was very inconvenient as of my line of work I often stay there for 48-72 hours and I can not just have items delivered on a whim. The delivery drivers were polite and carried through to my preferred room of which I appropriately ventilated for them. The package was a bit torn and dented but no damage was caused to the sofa. The sofa being as expensive as it is, does NOT have detachable seat cushions, which i find baffling and is not specified in the description. There are 2 large tears in the lining at the back of the seat cushions, see images. This was addressed as I will need to get repaired and I was granted a partial refund. Wayfair as always very attentive and supportive of any concerns that are brought to their attention. If my phone, controller, ring, ipad, etc. Was to slide down there, I will need to tear apart the entire sofa to access these items. The refund will be paying for the repair. The sofa is very soft to touch and has a lovely beige/grey colour. It is VERY hard to sit on. Like a brick. Hopefully this will soften in time. The studs are not seperate and are much more of a weird speckled black and gold paint as appose to nice bronze studs like pictured. I am not too impressed with these and they are oddly soldered together? The feet are a strange medium red under-toned brown that do not match it, I was expecting them to be much darker as the pictured shown indicate the may be, although description does just state ‘brown’. The sofa looks nice, practicality.. unsure as can not take cushions off. Tears and studs and feet not very nice colour at all and a lot different to what I expected. I will still love my little sofa. I am very disappointed in it in many ways as described above. And am most certainly not impressed of the large tears in the fabric. I feel a greater refund would of been better appreciated and acceptable as of this. I do not believe this sofa is worth £839. It is a solid piece yet lacks in major details that a lot cheaper sofas have and ones for the equal price that will ever be real leather. Remembering this is faux and only a microfibre mix.
