Elkland 4 Seater Sofa

Delivery was 5* Recieved 3 days after ordering. Quick efficient and was delivered on the day it said it would arrive. Great sofa. Very happy with it. Great value for money.

The sofa is long and comfortable. Easy set up, delivery was quicker than I expected. The dog approves.

I genuinely don't even no where to start.. The sofa is absolutely beautiful but I wouldn't believe the delivery date it says.. The sofa was meant to arrive on 22nd April, waited in all day for it not to arrive. I then contact wayfair myself to be told its not actually coming, I replied thanks for letting me no. They then said we are letting me known now, yes because I am calling you!! You never called me to let me no it wasn't arriving!! To then ask them why, after being told every lie they could possibly think of the best one is - it's missing off back of the wagon, someone's basically pinched it?? Yeah alright!!!! Then they put the same sofa on sale after failing to deliver mine and refused to give me the sofa at the sale price when they did nothing but mess me about and lie to me through their teeth every time I called them up. I've had nothing but been lied to every day of me calling them up. Not them calling me up to sort it out. I've had to call them every single time!!! Sofa finally arrived today ( 6th may). Its beautiful but the delivery drivers really didn't no how to carry a sofa. I'm surprised it's actually not damaged the amount of times they had to drop it to the floor but yet did not care to do this carefully? They just dumped the sofa in middle of the living room and walked away. Rubbish service! Absolutely joke. First and last time I will be ordering off wayfair. And I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you can handle lies after lies...

Wow! Never had such a quick delivery of a sofa. Ordered Sunday, delivered today. Two day's before predicted. Delivery drivers very efficient. Sofa wrapped and secure. Easy assembly and lightweight too. Love the colour (graphite) and cushions are comfy. All round, very pleased customer.
