I’ve taken multiple days off work due to repeated delivery delays from Wayfair. When the bed finally arrived—after the third attempt—it was damaged! My dad and I both took a day off to assemble it, only to face yet another issue. To make matters worse, Wayfair takes no accountability. Every problem is blamed on the courier or their suppliers, never themselves. Meanwhile, I’m left sleeping on the floor—again! They’ll send you replacement parts, but there’s no compensation for the time, hassle, or days off work. If you want reliable service and a company that takes responsibility, avoid Wayfair at all costs. This has been nothing but a frustrating and disappointing experience. I am very tempted to just return this and get my refund at this rate.

A bit awkward to put up alone, I had three good men put it up. But once set up, pretty good made bed. Would highly recommend.
