If the high mark reviews on here are genuine then they likely received a different product. What I received barely corresponds with the images shown with the product description.
Furthermore the manufacturer/designer shown is Three Posts but when the product arrived it appears to have been manufactured and shipped by Core Products. There seems to be little information availble online for "Three Posts" but if you look up Core Products their website says they have been in business for 35 years but their trustpilot page has no reviews. This seems very strange to me. Maybe they changed their name after receiving bad reviews or something?
In any case the item I received appears to be very poor quality compared to the photos. The finish is inconsitant and there appears to be more inferior quality and manufactured wood than the item page would suggest.
The outside panels and doors as well as the interior in particular have a much poorer quality and finish than the photos would have you believe. The solid wood parts with dark finish look great, this is what the photos suggest the fished product looks like inside and out.
But it doesn't it's cheap and mismatched wood that look misplaced together.
The instuctions are among the worst I have ever read, pieces of similar size and shape are poorly distinguished from each other. It's not clear at all which way they are supposed to be facing. Many of the drill holes are in the wrong places and some of the screws etc.. are either missing or the wrong size.
I wasted an entire day after disassembling my old wardrobe, taking it to the dump and attempting to assemble this one.
I don't like giving up but I don't like being ripped off either so I have decided to make a return despite the fact that this likely means I will be down a few hundred quid and won't have a wardrobe for some time.
I have used Wayfair before and they have been good in the past so we will see what they have to say about this utterly disgraceful product.
