I like it but looks like is been used or unpacked

I got in grey velvet. Love the color. Its on the lighter side which i prefer. I like the shape too. When you sit on it initially, feels a little too firm but not too uncomfortable. Overall i am satisfied and do recommend it. Its on the pricier side though

I work in furniture field, so i can tell that this is a good quality.I really like it Comfy and nice looking. The only concern for me is the seat hight , I prefer it to be 20” hight as i am tall.

The chair it’s beautiful, but it came with a stain. I called customer service and they just gave me 20 off. It was too much for me to sent the chair back.

We bought two of these sofas and look really nice and modern. Solid and sturdy. Excellent quality.
