Abequa Solid Wood Counter Stool

This item comes fully assembled. At first glance it didn't appear that there was any damage. However, when I sat on the stool it was very wobbly so I turned it around to take a good look. I noticed that one of the top rungs was completely broken, the bottom rungs looked like they were ready to separate, and the top of the stool was not completely seated on the legs. Since there was no obvious damage to the box, I can only assume that I was shipped a broken stool. The top of the stool doesn't seem to have much finish on it. Due to the overall look I would not ask for a replacement, just return, and try another product.
