Overall we are happy with our purchase, it’s a good chunky piece more suited to a rustic decor. Delivery was a bit disappointing arriving 3 days after the quoted time, delivery driver was a bit miserable, throwing the item around his van despite it being marked fragile

Seems well put together and had nice fresh wooden smell. The wood size might be very think for a book shelf in a small room but it doesnt bother me, but others might. It sort of draws the eye is all. I bought it coz its small depth and it does fits paperbacks perfectly without wasted space. Planning to buy another.
