Donoghue Solid Wood End Table

We ordered two side tables. Having bought mango wood furniture from other suppliers, and being really impressed with the quality and finish, we were very disappointed with these. They look as though a few planks have been handsawn and then nailed together before the rough joints and nail holes have been filled with a mis-matching coloured filler. Not shown on the illustration of the table is the final annoyance - a sharp edged manufacturer's badge is nailed, crookedly, on to what would be the top surface of the table leaving you with two choices, have it on display as a constant irritation or turn the table over and scratch the floor with the badge (or prise it out and leave nail holes on a finished surface). If I'd seen these for sale in a shop at £20, I wouldn't have bought them. I didn't return them as it wasn't practical to repack in the shrink wrapped packaging.

This is a sturdy, stylish well made cabinet, which gets compliments off everyone that visits.

These are brilliant & very versatile. Position flat or tall. I bought 2 & make them up to form a central coffee table with toughened glass when I need a bit more surface.
