I perceived it to be bigger but I really fits well where I placed it. The only con is that there was no indication on the size of the drill bit to use. So I spent some time going through my drill box.

Solid block of manufactured wood -- it's sturdy, but way too heavy and bulky for my needs. Instructions were also misleading and confusing. Despite padding, one corner came slightly chipped.
