A truly terrible experience! There are no intelligent instructions. At least the pieces should have been numbered and a 'how to' written by a woman stating clearly which piece fitted to which piece and in what order! It has been a nightmare and I wish I had never bought it.

Exactly what I was looking for. Look me a while to find this one with the one long open shelf and drawers, rather than cabinet-style doors. Very well made, sturdy, looks great and not too tricky to put together. I'm quite handy and did it by myself but a second person would be a good idea for those not so confident at putting furniture together. Very much recommended.

It isn't brown its pine think they forgot to add the brown varnish it is absolute nightmare to build none of the bits are numbered a couple never fitted properly but if you remove the screws you can get it to fit it is sturdy & it's a nice unit once built just a pity about the above
