Good product and excellent quality

Disappointed 7 months on and the frame on the left arm has broken and the springs on the right hand side have broken too. The material on the cushions has worn out. I would like a chat with customer service please.

I love the sofa very comfy get some getting used to as not had a scatter back before had to buy exra cushions but delivery buy drivers was disgusting tried explaining how to get sofa upstairs I got to shut up twice not amused

I love my new sofa the wayfair people who Brough it was amazing helpful polite very careful with my sofa and they put my sofa where I wanted it to go so thank you wayfair for my sofa I will be getting more from you

Decent sofa, good value for money. Loses a star as the internal build quality doesn't feel overly strong.
