The package is missing one of the most important pieces, one of the drawer fronts. I contacted customer support and was told they don't supply "spare parts", but could refund €43.02. I was asked if this was ideal. How on earth is this ideal? It is NOT a spare part. It is a MISSING part. Then they offered to refund the entire purchase price plus pay for shipping. Why should I have to take this apart, package it up, and deal with the stress of sending it back? I have been a good customer. I will no longer purchase from them if they do not make this right.
